Terms & Conditions – Pro HPCL

By registering for Pro Himachal Premium Cricket League (Pro HPCL), all players agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

• 1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Only players who are permanent residents of Himachal Pradesh are allowed to participate in .
  • Players must provide valid identification proof (Aadhaar Card, Domicile Certificate, or any other official document) as proof of residency.
  • Any player found violating this rule will be immediately disqualified without any refund.

• 2. Registration & Payment

  • The registration fee is ₹650, which is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Once registered, a player cannot withdraw their participation or request a refund.
  • Incomplete or incorrect registrations will be rejected without any refund.

• 3. Player Selection & Team Allocation

  • Registering for the league does not guarantee selection in a team. Players will go through a selection process as per the league’s format.
  • The franchise teams have the right to select players based on their requirements and performance in trials.

• 4. League Rules & Code of Conduct

  • All players must adhere to the league’s rules and regulations set by the organizers.
  • Any form of misconduct, including abusive language, violence, or breach of fair play, will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Players are expected to maintain sportsmanship and discipline throughout the tournament.

• 5. Match Participation & Availability

  • Players must be available for all scheduled matches as per the league’s fixture.
  • Failure to appear for matches without prior notice may lead to disqualification from the league.

• 6. Medical & Injury Disclaimer

  • Players are responsible for their own health and fitness during the tournament.
  • The league organizers are not liable for any injuries or medical conditions that may arise during matches or training sessions.

• 7. Use of Player’s Name & Images

  • By registering, players grant Pro HPCL the right to use their names, images, and videos for promotional purposes, including advertisements, social media, and live telecasts.

• 8. Authority & Decision Making

  • The decisions made by the Pro HPCL management and match officials will be final and binding.
  • The league reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By completing the registration, the player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
